Breaking Blog: (15:00 NST) Rajaram Gautam, a reporter with Nepal Magazine, is in Butwal area and reports: When army went to remove those obstacles yesterday they came under attack by Maoists. Fighting took place in Sunaul, on the border of Nawalparasi and Butwal, Rupandahi. “We saw 14 corpse of security personnel,” Rajaram said. Four out of five army vehicles were destroyed by the Maoists. Locals say that they saw Maoists taking three corpses with them. Maoists also looted arms from the security personnel. The incident took place just 12 kilometers away from the army barrack in Ramnagar, Butwal. A civilian died and four others were injured.
Fighting is still going on in Bed Daha’s Ghoda area (Butwal).
Maoists put stones and logs on Daldale Bridge at Butwal-Narayanghat section of Mahendra Highway. Maoists put these obstruction before their week-long (5 days in fact) Nepal Banda. Authorities have been unable to remove the derbies until now. Small vehicles are using small temporary road but big ones are facing difficulties to go through the road. 1. Why we are fighting and for what for sure?
2. Are we really united to fight against autocrats?
3. Who is our real Leader? (If current situation goes continue… one day I shall be for sure)
4. Why it is being taugh to isolate autocrats from democracy system?
5. What is the reason behind not publishing real fact about “Royal massacre”? (most people are not agreed upon revealed fact)

well, if this is what King Gyanendra calls small, petty crimes then I don’t know if he and his co-conspirators really believe what they say or are just pretending to do so.
It looks like while trying their best to misinform the people, they got themselves misinformed.
Why aren’t the press and the seven political parties not condemning this act of the maoists? Many people have died in the recent days because of the obstruction on the highways. They are making the very people’s lives a misery for whom they claim to fight for. They are still following the mao’s idealogue and the maoist cowardish head claims they have to act different and change policies according to the ground realities.
Destroying the country’s infrastructure to gain short-term benefits is an act of a cowardish fighting force. The propaganda of the recent interview with the 8th party (kantipur) will never cover over the cracks they have incurred in the past and still continues to cause. The highways are the lymphatic system of the country and maiosts should act on their words and first let the very people they claim to fight for move around and make their livelihoods. The two-faced cowards!!!!
Banda and Road Obstruction are violent killing machines of MBs. They have been killing innocent general people not only by guns and bombs but also taking away their opportunity of living. I never figure out the reasons. If it is their people’s war then they must stop their killing machine against people. Otherwise in the long run they will not find any people to rule. The story does not end here. To make our lives more difficult Dr. Tu-Giri is inciting MBs by his well known posture. Rising forfinger of his right hand and shouting “we will also shoot if the situation is created”. May be he is controlled remotely. So he gets signal through his finger and plays His Master’s Voice.

The international media is basing itself only on RNA handouts. Only a select of these so-called professional houses have bothered to at least compare the contrast between RNA and CPN (M) versions of the same incident.
Reportedly many RNA personnel are missing. Please do keep reporting on these things also.

of course these are petty crimes, can they do as big and organized crime like Royal massacre, Feb1, Bhadra 16 attack to kantipur, last election, conversion of supreme court into royal court etc etc etc etc …….
I wonder when will this killing is going to stop.
MBs you guys are real cowards! Why don’t you take action to people like T Giri, Rajbhandari, K thapa etc., who say that the rubbish election is legitimate. I have started believing that KG has instructed to his cronies to pay money to MBs so that the election can be organized under terror and candidates get elected unopposed.

UWB brings the informations no longer allowed to publish in Nepal. This is courageous and very welcome all over the world in free countries. It shows that in Nepal a generation of young people is existing, who understand the value of information.
Only people, who can live together with people of differing opinion and do not immediately develop the wish to dominate, to kick or kill them, are capable of living in an open, democratic society.
Immediate nonviolent protests are needed against the resumed masskillings. People must denounce killings and killers from both sides.
Only a peaceful, nonviolent form of protest will recreate selftrust in the Nepali civil and rural society and by this bring the support of the true masses of people including women and children, who will in fact be the backbone of the new, democratic Nepal.
It seems to be a quite heavy birth.
