With the political deadlock and differences still into their pockets, political parties decide to postpone the special House session for abut two weeks to celebrate the festival of Dashain. The alliance of seven parties (Maoist included) today asked Speaker Subhas Chandra Nemwang to adjourn the session, called by the Maoists to decide on voting method in CA and fate of monarchy, till October 28. The session was delayed for two days and was expected to resume at 11:00 am today. Nepali Congress and Maoists are in opposing ends on both issues while UML is trying to mediate. Meanwhile, parties haven’t set the new date for the CA polls. (Click here if you want to read more on this development.)

for me FUEL crises is more important
(1) Solving fuel problem is neither in hand of government nor NOC. It’s in hand of common people – you and me. We should make our mind for price increase. Everyone should be clear that they want fuel shortage or they accept price increase. Without price increase, there cannot be a permanent solution. I guess by now if a vote is called for price increase then majority of people will accept price increase. If still people are not ready we (you and me) should tell everyone around us why price increase is necessary. That’s how consciences can be built.
(2) Then it’s in hand of political parties to accept the price increase, they are testing patience of general people. we need a andolan to tell the political parties that we want an end to the fuel crises. we people should come out on street to convey that we want immediate end to this. it only need peaceful demonstration. but yes we can burn tyres. then i am sure the deaf politician will fell that we have had enough.
(3) People we should move ahead, if something costs RS. 100, we should be ready to pay for it or not use it. Every moment we waste time in QUE, or even thinking for fule as a problem we are wasting our productivity.

you idot, the political solution of the country is more important than everything else. fuel crisis re , torpe. instead of asking the govt to increase the price why don’t you start travelling by public trasportation, giving foolish reasons on increasing price, why don’t you focus on corruption within NOC. Just because one looser, that is you, thinks it is appropriate to increase the price and want everyone to accept the same why should poor nepalis suffer??
people like sankalpa are intellectuals who have taken Nepal to the present crises, we do not need problem creating intellectuals. i hope we had more idiots looking for resolving crises and not intellectuals creating crises.
If NOC has corruption, then fight the corruption but do not fight the present price hike. Lets make NOC accountable and transparent. If you know NOC has corruption expose it. Lets come to street to ask NOC to make its financial statement public. unavailability of fuel is suffering of poor nepali. The reach are able to arrange fuel even at time of scarcity.

but i know politicians are corrupt but i cannot expose them, i think you also know politicians are corrupt, but why can’t we expose them. Have you ever thought about this, you know why we cannot do so, coz corruption is acceptable in the nepali society. it has spread it’s root so deep in our society that people now have stopped thinking about any other option to solving their problem, because they can pay someone and get rid of the problem quick.
corruption is everywhere, we need not expose , but wat can you or wat will you do if i give you a proof of corruption on some people in authority, no one can do nothing. all three branches of our government along with our autocratic option the king and the maoist are corrupt.
and you know wat , man their will be another price hike, believe me it will not take long. indians have found easiest way to blackmail us poor nepalis,
now since the price have increased, i will try to look at the solution, the only solution i see in to privatise the noc, i don’t see any other way to solve this crisis.
