the investment will be returned by selling excess power and the second is, potential companies buinding power plant on that river will offer extra royalty because they would be able to utilize excess water to generate extra power during dry season…………………..
……………………………………….. and again due to global warming, in future, there will be less water source during non rainy season, so we will have to build reservoir for those time anyway.
