wat an arsehole, this was the fking problem that created so many problems which maoist embraced n thier strenght lies there. i hav read a book written by one neupane guy, this is wat exactly a brahmin or ruling class will say if they try to federalise nepal in terms of ethnicity. be it by region or ethnicity nepal needs to be decentralized. and ur example of yugoslavia and african countries does not suite nepal, bro. there is much unity among indigeneous population of nepal because of same level of oppresion and exploitation and similarities in culture and traditions. it was beacsue of prithvi narayan shas magar army, limbuwan made a treaty to amalgate in modern nepal, because of thier same ancestory. otherwise this piece of shit would have never won limbuwan in thier 17 attacks also. there r solutions for this major social problems but if its to be ignored in a way u put then nothing gonna stop more bloodshed, as 'MAGARAAT' has already warned, this structure has to be changed...holy nature bless usssss
