Hundreds of agitating students hit the road in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu this afternoon demanding the immediate and unconditional release of their leader Gagan Thapa. They shouted anti-monarchy, pro-republican and pro-democracy slogans. Some of them carried black flags that signaled their protest of the unconstitutional arrest of Thapa.
